The RB Swim & Tennis Club offers rooms for rent for events such as birthday parties, wedding receptions, family gatherings and more. The rooms may be rented by Club members ONLY.

Room Information:

* Glass Room * The room holds a maximum of 25 people.
Room Dimensions – 15’ x 15’
Rental price $75 – Payment MUST be provided up front.
(This is the ONLY room that allows the use of the main pool and playground)

** Club 21 Room * The room holds a maximum of 60 people.
Room Dimensions – 24’ x 38’
Rental price $240 (There is a full kitchen inside the room. It includes: refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink and cabinet space) All guests MUST be over the age of 21.

*** Castille Room * The room holds a maximum of 115 people.
Room Dimensions – 37’x 48’
Rental price $300

**** Multipurpose Room #1 OR #2 * Each room holds a maximum of 115 people.
Room Dimensions – 36’x 47’
Rental price $300

***** Multipurpose Room #1 AND #2 * Both rooms combined hold a maximum of 250 people.
Room Dimensions – 72’x 47’
Rental price $550

****** Kitchen is available for an additional $40

NOTE: A refundable $100 security/cleaning deposit must accompany every application. The only room that does NOT require a deposit is the Glass Room.

· The above room rental fees are for a maximum of 6 hours, which includes set-up and clean-up time.

· The Club will provide 8’rectangular and/or 60 inches in diameter round tables and chairs.

· The charge for additional hours will be $20 per hour (or any part thereof) during regular Club hours. Daily Club hours from 7 AM to 10 PM.

· You and your guests may not loiter or congregate in any of the RBSTC parking lots. Any violation of the policy will result in the loss of your deposit.

· Alcohol is allowed, but a security guard must be provided.
